1 pint Mayonnaise

1 pint Sour cream

1/2 C. Tomato chili sauce

1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper

I used to work at a Chili's, and I can verify that their "special sauce" (similar to Outback's) used for the Awesome Blossom was nothing more than Thousand Island dressing. Outback may put a dash of paprika on top of it.
